On an agreed date, our engineer will travel to your installation address where your assisted installation will commence on-site. After the initial survey, the engineer will help you begin the installation using their own professional tools that will be available for you to use.
How the 3 hours are structured:
- Initial Survey: 1 hour. Evaluation of your current or proposed heating arrangement. Planning suitable pipe runs from the heat source to the manifold. Pipe sizing. Underfloor heating zones and pipe runs worked out. Electrical survey. Thermostat positions.
- Installation: 1 hour 30 minutes. Dependant on your particular floor construction and what preparation has been advised prior to our arrival.
- Summary: 30 minutes. Covering the set up of your system after we have gone, related paper work & warranties to ensure you are covered.
- After sales advice and technical support.
During your 3 hour consultation we can help with:

Our engineer will travel to your site anywhere in the UK and stay with you for 3 hours during which time all the important points you need to know for a successful installation will be covered to guarentee a working system that you or your customer will be happy with.
